Meet the Team

Fred Ludwig

Fred has over a decade and a half of experience in Wisconsin politics, including serving in leadership roles in both houses of the state legislature and as chief of staff for former Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes. He most recently served as Government Affairs Director for the Milwaukee County Board. He is a valuable addition to our office as we work on our legislative goals and collaborate on creating the state's budget. 

Rachel Roberson

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications. Prior to working for the legislature, she was the Scheduling and Operations Director before finishing in her role as the Communications Director for Lt. Governor Sara Rodriguez. Her small town roots and commitment to helping Wisconsinites will be instrumental in our continued work serving the people of District 23. 

Kylie Rich 

Kylie is a sophomore at UW-Madison, pursuing a degree in Legal Studies with certificates in Public Policy and Criminal Justice. She is passionate about bridging the gap between political polarization and inspiring other young Americans to engage with and pursue careers in the political field as the future leaders of our democracy. Kylie hopes to attend law school and continue her work in public service, aiming to craft policy that reflects both compassion and practicality. She is excited to gain hands-on experience in the legislative process and help shape a more engaged and empowered next generation.
