On Tuesday, the Joint Finance Committee convened to approve a couple of requests from state agencies and advance several bills out of the committee. The one I'd like to highlight is my bill – Assembly Bill 559 – which would allow for Utility Aid to be paid to communities home to energy storage facilities.
