This week, several of my legislative colleagues and I introduced a package of bills aimed at improving housing affordability in Wisconsin. My bill, Assembly Bill 454 (AB 454), will create a Workforce Home Loan Program at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
