We promote a healthy balance between your personal and professional life. We offer alternative work patterns, including compressed and flexible work schedules. Although most of our audit work is performed at state agencies in the Madison area, employees may occasionally travel to complete audit work. Throughout the year, we encourage all staff to participate in social events, such as potlucks, an annual chili cook-off contest, and evening sporting events. We also provide opportunities to join with work colleagues in charitable activities, including collecting food for local food pantries.
