What Will You Do?
Under the working title of Audit Support Specialist, you will be responsible for work that supports the audit functions of the Bureau. You will also provide operational support to all Bureau staff. You will specialize in supporting the employee selection and onboarding process. You will work closely with the Bureau’s leadership team.
Who Are You?
As a qualified candidate:
- You are able to maintain strict nonpartisanship.
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- You have 3 to 5 years of directly related experience in a professional office setting.
In addition, as a well-qualified candidate:
- You have the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- You have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated professionalism.
- You have exceptional technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.
- You have strong analytical skills, including an aptitude for numbers or language arts.
- You have prior experience supporting selection and onboarding processes for new employees.
- You are able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- You are highly motivated, take initiative, and excel in meeting challenges.
- You possess adaptability and experience to effectively multi-task and balance priorities.
How Do You Join?
We are seeking candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is located on-site at our Madison, Wisconsin office building. Unofficial undergraduate transcripts will be requested and a background check will be conducted on all finalists prior to an offer of employment.
