The Legislative Audit Bureau makes 2 recommendations to the  Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.

We recommend the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation:

1. 1. 1. modify its written procedures to specify that it will award performance tax credits under the Electronics and Information Technology Manufacturing Zone program in accordance with its April 2021 contract; and (p. 8)
      2. report to the Joint Legislative Audit Committee by January 31, 2022, on the status of its efforts to implement this recommendation. (p. 8)
