SUMMARY

The program issued revenue bonds and other debt to fund claims under the Wisconsin Petroleum Environmental Cleanup Fund Award (PECFA) program. We provide an unmodified opinion on its financial statement for FY 2013-14 and FY 2012-13. A $0.02 per gallon fee charged for petroleum products sold in Wisconsin will be used to repay the $164.5 million in revenue obligations outstanding as of June 30, 2014.
