SUMMARY

We have completed certain analyses related to WEDC’s financial management and updated information that, when combined with report 13-7, fulfill our statutory requirement to biennially conduct a financial audit of WEDC. We include recommendations to further improve WEDC’s financial management, including its efforts to monitor loans.
