SUMMARY

We provided our unqualified audit opinion on the State of Wisconsin's financial statements for FY 2011-12. Our opinion is included in the State's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, which is prepared by the Department of Administration. We also identified concerns related to internal control over financial reporting at state agencies.
