SUMMARY

We identified 15 WTCS employees under state supervision for felony convictions, including 6 who were convicted while employed by WTCS. We include recommendations for technical colleges to determine whether any of the convictions were substantially job-related and for the WTCS Board to clarify policies related to background checks.
