Assembly Passes Life-Saving Legislation

Today, the Assembly passed life-saving legislation. AB 82 (the Kai Lermer Bill) requires students and parents to be informed about the nature and risk of sudden cardiac arrest and the benefits and risks of EKG testing. Kai's legacy will live on by preventing similar deaths to young athletes.

Not Essential Enough

Too many businesses suffered and even had to close due to Gov. Evers' policies that treated businesses differently. Today, the Legislative Assembly passed AB 912, which ensures that all businesses be treated equally in an emergency.
