Foster Care Legislation Passes Senate
Yesterday, State Representative Steve Doyle (D-Onalaska) celebrated the passage of eleven of the Foster Forward legislative bills through the Senate.
Sparsity Aid Package Passes Assembly
This week, State Representative Steve Doyle (D-Onalaska) supported legislation to increase aid to rural and low-spending school districts in Wisconsin. Known as Assembly Bill 835, this proposal passed the Assembly on a wide bipartisan vote.
Foster Care Legislation Passes Assembly
A bipartisan package of thirteen bills designed to support foster children and reduce the need for foster care in Wisconsin passed the State Assembly today. State Representative Steve Doyle (D-Onalaska), as co-chair of the Speaker’s Task Force on Foster Care helped draft this legislation.
