Meet State Representative Lori Palmeri!
Representative Lori Palmeri was elected to the 54th Assembly District in 2022. Palmeri has been a resident of Oshkosh since 2008 and is married to Dr. Tony Palmeri who is a professor at UW-Oshkosh. She has served in local government since 2016, with the Oshkosh Common Council, and served two terms as Oshkosh Mayor. Rep. Palmeri is a working mom (International Medical Courier), a grandmother with grit, and a mayor known for getting things done. She has also served on numerous local advisory and non-profit boards in Oshkosh, including being a founder of the central city Middle Village Neighborhood Association in Oshkosh (2010).
In the private sector, Lori Palmeri has provided planning support for non-profits in northern and southeastern Wisconsin since 2009. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban and Regional Studies (2010), and her Masters of Urban Planning Degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2013).She has two adult children, two grandchildren, and two cat!
