E-Updates

The Assembly was in session two times this week. As we wrap up the session, this week's e-update highlights a session update and bills that I continue to work on. 

This week, I highlighted two bills that had a public hearing. One is the Office of School Safety, and the other is the Juvenile Justice Bill. Additionally, I highlighted two committees and Capitol Meetings I had throughout the week. 

This week was a busy week with committee hearings and public testimony on a couple of bills. I also highlight some in-district meetings and Capitol meetings. 

This week, the Assembly was back in session to vote on a series of bipartisan bills. I also included an update on the Assembly Committee on Local Government, Criminal Justice, and Public Safety. 

This week, I highlight two session floor days and the bipartisan bills that were passed in the Assembly. As well as provide an update on the Assembly Committee on Local Government and Criminal Justice. I also included a link to a bipartisan bill that I had an interview with on Channel 15. 

This week was a busy week in Madison for testifying on multiple bills I am working on. I also provide updates on multiple committees that I sit on that the committees are working on. I also talked about WHEDA grants and the Eagle Scout ceremony. 

This week I talk about my goals for 2024 and the bills I continue to work on this session. I also highlight unemployment rates in Lafayette and Green County are at all time lows. As well as Monore's downtown cheese drop. 

This week's update, I wanted to take the time and wish everyone a Happy New Year and thank everyone for contacting my office this year. I also recap 2023 and the work I have done for the 51st Assembly District. 

In this week's e-update, I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and watch my Christmas message as well. Students from Dodgeville Middle School toured the Capitol this week.
