Request a Citation

Legislative citations are a way to recognize people who have made positive contributions to our community or who have reached a significant milestone. To nominate someone, fill out this form and provide a description of why this person or group deserves recognition.

Request a Flag, Map or Blue Book

My office is able to provide constituents of the 21st Assembly District with various supplies, including Wisconsin State Flags, U.S. Flags, a paper map of Wisconsin, and the current biennial's Blue Book. To request one or more of these items, fill out this form.

Nominate a Hometown Hero

Giving back to the community is one of the most valuable characteristics one can have. When individuals work hard to make a difference in their community, we should recognize them. The Wisconsin State Assembly has a special program that pays tribute to these remarkable individuals. The program is called Hometown Heroes.

A Hometown Hero has an unconditional desire to lend a helping hand to those around them. Someone who embodies these traits can be nominated for the Hometown Heroes Award.

If you know anyone who you think is a Hometown Hero, let me know! I’m excited to learn about those making our community a better place for everyone!
