It has been a great honor and privilege to represent my friends and neighbors in the 21st Assembly District.  This website will provide you with the tools to contact me with any concerns or comments you may have so I can remain responsive to your needs and be your voice in Madison.

Updates from the Representative

    • Assembly Attempts Veto Override On Tuesday, the Assembly voted and failed to override Governor Tony Evers' veto of Assembly Bill 336 (AB 336). AB 336 would end Wisconsin's participation in the federal unemployment benefit program which gives up to an extra $300 to people who are collecting unemployment.
    • Rep. Rodriguez votes to Override Governor’s Veto of AB 336 Rep. Rodriguez (R-Oak Creek) issued the following statement after the Assembly’s attempt to override the Governor’s veto of Assembly Bill 336, a bill that would support workforce recovery by terminating Wisconsin’s participation in the federal programs that have enhanced unemployment benefits.
    • Capitol Tours Resume The State Capitol is back open seven days a week and our tour guides are available for guided tours. If you have a large group (over 10) you must sign up using this link.
