About Rep. Riemer

Thank you for visiting my website and learning more about me. 

Five generations of my family have lived on Milwaukee’s South Side. I grew up in Milwaukee and attended Milwaukee Public Schools, where my mother worked for more than 30 years. After I graduated from Rufus King High School in MPS, I attended the University of Chicago, and then the University of Wisconsin-Madison for law school. Cuts to public education are personal for me, as is the preservation of the Wisconsin Idea.

The hard-working people who live in the 7th Assembly District—in portions of Milwaukee, Greenfield, and West Allis—are my first priority every day. You deserve good representation in Madison and I am always anxious to hear your concerns and questions.

I serve as your legislator full time, but when I am not in session in Madison, I enjoy playing sports and attending community events, so please keep my office informed of opportunities in your neighborhood.
