The Wisconsin Legislative Children's Caucus held a meeting on January 24, 2024 that focused on Healthy Childhood Development. The caucus heard from Cynthia Osborne, PH.D.
Dr. Osborne is the Executive Director of the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center, and a Professor of Early Childhood Education and Policy at Vanderbilt University, Peabody College of Education and Human Development. Dr. Osborne's Presentation focused on State Policy Choices Affecting Healthy Child Development.
