On behalf of the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus (WLBC), I welcome you to our official website. On this site you will be able to find information about WLBC members, along with updates about the legislative work we are doing. Since 1955, the WLBC has prioritized the issues and needs of Black Wisconsinites, with a focus on civil rights and social justice. Our work today includes criminal justice reform, food and housing security, economic justice, voting rights, access to education and healthcare, and ending racial disparities. In addition to fighting for Black Wisconsinites, the WLBC seeks to connect and empower the next generation of Black leaders.
