    • Including $303 million for local and agricultural roads and bridges
  • Used one-time surplus to limit borrowing

  • Enumerated the I-39/90/94 expansion, the largest enumeration in state history
  • Increased general transportation aids to local governments by 3% each year to help maintain and repair local roads
  • $30 million for routine maintenance agreements with county governments
  • Improved Department of Motor Vehicle Service by providing $20.7 million
  • Continued investment in efficient design-build projects
