Do you know an exceptional high school junior or senior who loves learning how the world works? The 2026 Senate Scholar Program is a competitive, week-long experience that brings some of Wisconsin’s brightest students to Madison for an unforgettable deep dive into state government.

Last night, thousands gathered in Waukesha to peacefully remember and reflect on the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk.

It's been one week since Charlie's assassination. I’m angry that a terrorist took his life for speaking his mind and engaging in spirited debate and I’m disappointed that a vocal minority ran to social media to celebrate his death and spew hate.  

As Americans, we don't do that. It doesn't matter if the target is an elected official in Minnesota, a child in a classroom, or an activist on a college campus: Americans must stand united to universally condemn violence and terror.  

This Thursday, from 11 A.M. - 6 P.M., the Red Cross is joining with other non-profit agencies to host a resource center in the Forum Building of the Waukesha County Expo Center. 

These groups aim to provide critical information about flood recovery resources, avenues for assistance, and connections with support services for families whose homes or property were impacted by the recent flooding.

The Expo Center is located at 1000 Northview Rd. in Waukesha. 

While cleanup from the recent flooding is still underway, I know that the road back to normal will be different for every family. Many neighbors are still gutting homes, repairing damage, and piecing life back together, while others are beginning to regain a sense of routine. My team and I remain in close contact with local and state officials to make sure help continues to reach those who need it most. I'm blessed to have the chance to represent a district of champions! This spring, the girls soccer teams from both Muskego and Waukesha Catholic Memorial brought home trophies, as did the baseball teams from both Muskego and New Berlin Eisenhower. I've had the chance to present citations to all but New Berlin Eisenhower (it's coming soon!). Let's review some of the incredible accomplishments of these student athletes!

Over $2 billion in tax increases and $20 billion in new spending; it's easy to see why the legislature is building this year's budget from base. Governor Evers has always larded up his budget proposals with liberal policy, tax increases, and new spending - but this  was a stretch even for him.

The American Dream of working hard, owning a home, and building a future is slipping out of reach for many. The Red Tape Reset is part of the solution. This set of reforms is aimed at slashing burdensome regulations that hold people back.
