It's been bit chilly the past week but hopefully warmer temps are just around the corner. I hope everyone has a safe and cozy Valentine's Day weekend!
This update includes how to stay up to date on vaccine information, FAFSA guidance, and an upcoming Dane County public meeting notice.
I hope you find this information helpful and please don't hesitate to reach out to my office if you have any questions.

Stay Informed on Vaccine Info!
Stay informed with all information related to vaccine on the Public Health of Madison and Dane County website. This is your one stop shop for information relating on the vaccine and where to get it, eligibility, health care provider distribution as well as general facts.
Additionally, I have collected information from the following health care providers on their vaccine distribution and waitlist plans.
College Goal Wisconsin provides free information and assistance to families who need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is the federally required form for students seeking financial aid, such as grants and loans. Completing this is a crucial first step in qualifying for aid. College Goal Wisconsin is offering three FAFSA completion events for the following days and times:
Tuesday, February 23rd at 6pm - Registration opens on February 25th at noon.
Thursday, March 4th at 11:30am - Registration opens on February 24th at noon.
Thursday, April 15th starts at 6pm - Registration opens on April 6th at noon.
Students should attend with a parent or guardian if possible and bring specific items necessary to complete the FAFSA. If parents are unable to attend, students may attend along and bring these materials. Independent students should bring their own income and asset information.
