The Wisconsin Blue Book was first published in 1853 and has been updated every two years since 1881. The book is a reference guide to all of the state agencies as well as the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government.

Of particular interest in this edition is the featured article titled, “Going Global - Wisconsin’s Sister States.” This section details the rich and complex history of Wisconsin’s effort to form international relationships through Sister States and highlights six different international partnerships Wisconsin has had from 1964 to today. We hope you enjoy learning about the impact Sister States has had in our state.

I have copies of the Wisconsin Blue Book available free of charge. If you would like one, please fill out the form below and I would be happy to send you one.
