Our District
Exploring the
15th State Senate District
In February 2024, Governor Tony Evers signed new, fair maps into law. I have been fighting for nonpartisan redistricting and fair maps since I was first elected to the Assembly in 2014, and I was proud to stand with the Governor as he enacted this law. These new maps went into effect in the state legislature in January 2025.
The 15th Senate District includes:
- The Cities of Beloit, Edgerton, Evansville, Janesville, Milton, and Whitewater
- The Villages of Footville and Orfordville
- The Towns of Avon, Beloit, Center, Cold Spring, Fulton, Harmony, Janesville, Johnstown, La Prairie, Lima, Magnolia, Milton, Newark, Plymouth, Porter, Richmond, Rock, Spring Valley, Turtle, Union, and Whitewater
I regularly attend events and meet with constituents in the communities I represent. I showcase many of the wonderful events I attend in my regular electronic newsletter, which you can sign up for here. If our paths have not already crossed, I look forward to meeting you soon.
As your State Senator, I am proud to work alongside my Assembly colleagues to represent you. The 15th Senate District is composed of the 43rd, the 44th, and the 45th Assembly Districts. If you have a question or concern about pending legislation, or if you need help with resolving an issue with a state agency, please feel free to contact both me and your Assembly Representative for assistance. We work together to serve you.
Below you will find a map of the district to determine which Assembly District you live in, as well as a brief description and contact information for each of the State Representatives that serve our district.
- If you live in the 43rd Assembly District, your State Representative is Representative Brienne Brown (D-Whitewater). Before being elected to the State Assembly in 2024, Rep. Brown served three terms on the Whitewater Common Council.
- If you live in the 44th Assembly District, your State Representative is Representative Ann Roe (D-Janesville). Rep. Roe was elected to the State Assembly in 2024. She is a small business owner, previously taught at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and serves on several community boards.
- If you live in the 45th Assembly District, your State Representative is Representative Clinton Anderson (D-Beloit). Rep. Anderson is a lifelong resident of Beloit who was first elected to the State Assembly in 2022. Prior to his service in the legislature, Rep. Anderson served on the Beloit City Council, where he served as both Council Vice-President and Council President.
