Representative Donovan Inaugurated for First Term in the Legislature
Madison… Today, Representative Bob Donovan (Greenfield) was inaugurated into the Legislature to serve his first term as the Representative for the 84th Assembly District. Following the Inauguration Ceremony, Rep. Donovan made the following statement:
“I want to begin by thanking my family and friends for their support through this journey. I have dedicated years of my life to public service and am honored to continue this mission while representing the 84th Assembly District in Madison. I am eager to work with all my colleagues in the legislature and Governor Evers to find tangible results for Wisconsinites.”
Additionally, Rep. Donovan was selected to serve on the Committee for Criminal Justice and Public Safety, Energy and Utilities, and as Vice-Chair of the Committee for Local Government for the 2023-2024 Legislative Session. Rep. Donovan concluded:
“I look forward to beginning the work alongside my colleagues in committee. I believe my perspective can provide a unique worldview in the areas of public safety, energy, and in local government. This session will offer unique challenges, but through our legislative process I am excited to work toward common sense solutions.
