The historic inauguration of Kamala Harris as our first female Vice President makes me even more optimistic for our future – a future in which little girls can see themselves as leaders in business, in science, in their communities, and in the White House. Let the glass ceiling broken by Vice President Harris today provide inspiration to the women and girls who will leave a trail of shattered glass in their own ascent to the highest levels of leadership.
