UNDATED (WSAU-WAOW) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is now hearing a case on Wisconsin's 2011 legislative redistricting.

State Representative Pat Snyder (R-Schofield) tells WAOW Newsline 9 that it's hard to make everyone happy.

He said, "You go down to Waukesha County it's going to be hard to try and make it fair for Democrats, just like going into Dane County it would be hard to find Republicans."

State Representative Katrina Shankland (D-Stevens Point) tells Newsline 9 she believes some current lawmakers don't want the maps to be changed.

"Politicians, unfortunately, don't feel the pressure to represent their constituents when the maps are drawn in a way to benefit them to get re-elected," said Shankland.

A decision in the case isn't expected until sometime next summer.
