PLOVER, Wis. (WAOW)-- Union supporters in Plover gathered for a rally Sunday afternoon.

Over 20 people join attempting to raise awareness for what they say is union-busting after a union organizer was fired from the Starbucks in Plover.

"What's disgusting -- union-busting," Demonstrators yelled.

Demonstrators alleged Kolton Gosnell was illegally fired from the Starbucks in Plover for being a union organizer.

Former Starbucks employee Laila Dalton claims she was also fired for being a union organizer in Arizona. Now, she's traveling to support other fired Starbucks employees' fight for reinstatement.

"Now I'm here fighting for reinstatement for Kolton for every single partner that is not just getting fired but getting retaliated, abused (and) harassed," Dalton said.

The crowd consisted of current and former Starbucks employees from across the country, State Representative Katrina Shankland and a union representative.
