Whether you are planning a visit to the state Capitol as part of a large group, small gathering, or just by yourself, our office can assist you in scheduling a free guided tour of the Capitol building during normal business hours.
Free tours are offered daily, year round, departing from the ground floor Information Desk.
- Tours are offered Monday-Saturday at 9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
- Between Memorial Day and Labor, tours are also offered at 4pm from Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Tours on Sundays are offered at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
- No tours are offered on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
The sixth floor museum and observation deck are also open during the summer months.
