Education: Waupaca High School, 1983; B.S.M.E., University of New Mexico, 1989.
Occupation: Co-owner of family-run electronics corporation. Served in U.S. Navy submarine service, 1983–94; Persian Gulf War veteran; U.S. Naval Reserve member, 1994–2008.
Member: VFW Post 1037 (life member); AMVETS Post 1887 (life member); American Legion Post 161; Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce; New London Area Chamber of Commerce; NRA.


Previous office: Elected to Town of Dayton Board (supervisor), 2001–07.


Current office: Elected to Assembly since 2006.

Leadership positions: Speaker Pro Tempore 2023-2024, 2025-2026;

Assistant Majority Leader 2021 (effective 7/13/22).
