Serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

Today, Senate Bill 833, legislation co-authored by Rep. Plumer and Senator Dan Knodl, providing funding for Holocaust education in Wisconsin schools was signed into law.

Last week, Assembly Republicans concluded our legislative session for 2023-2024.

Yesterday, legislation authored by Rep. Plumer providing funding for Holocaust education in Wisconsin schools unanimously passed the Legislature.

Yesterday, the Assembly passed a package of legislation from the Speaker’s Task Force on Human Trafficking. Rep. Plumer was a member of the task force that met over the course of the last 6 months.

Rep. Plumer’s legislation expanding access to dental treatment was signed into law by Governor Evers.

The Assembly passed legislation to help ensure Wisconsin’s farmland is being used for agricultural purposes. The legislation prevents someone from claiming the Farmland Preservation Tax Credit if the farmland is being used for a large-scale solar project. 

The Legislature announced a tax relief package to help middle class families and seniors in Wisconsin. This will be another opportunity for Governor Evers to fulfill his commitment to middle class tax relief this session.
