The Wisconsin State Capitol is located in the heart of Madison between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona. The Capitol Building is over 100 years old.
Wisconsin's Capitol building is open to the public daily (M-Fri: 8am until 6pm; weekends and holidays: 8am until 4pm). Free tours are also offered daily. Tours for groups of 10 or more can be arranged by visiting theĀ Capitol Tour website or by calling (608) 266-0382.
