About Ellen

Hi, I'm Ellen Schutt. I was born and raised in Darien, WI on my family's farm with my four siblings.

Growing up, I was involved in 4-H and FFA and continue to be involved to this day. I graduated from Delavan-Darien High School and earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am proud to live in Clinton with my husband, Eric. We are blessed to have one son and our Beagle, Ruby.

This session, I will serve as the vice chair of the Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety. I will also be a member on the Committees on Agriculture, Colleges and Universities; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care; and Transportation. I'm excited to get to work for the 31st Assembly District in Madison!
