Penny is the First Dog of the 23rd District. She is a certified therapy dog who likes to provide comfort whenever she can. She would like to see more legislation promoting tennis ball manufacturing.

Luca loves treats and time with those he loves. Luca's background in snuggles motivates him to advocate for more cuddles and nap time.
