The Joint Finance Committee (JFC) convened on May 8th for the first Executive Session on the 2025-27 biennial budget. Executive Sessions are committee meetings where standing committees vote on bills. In the case of our committee, our Executive Sessions involve voting on individual budget amendments. Several amendments were adopted yesterday.
