Wisconsin Public Service Commission Further Extends Utility Shutoff Moratorium
The PSC voted to extend the moratorium until November 1st. Previously, the moratorium had been extended to October 1st. November 1st is also when when the annual moratorium on cutoffs for electric and gas customers takes effect.
The annual winter moratorium is in effect until April 15th.
