MKE Cares - Masks
The City of Milwaukee passed an ordinance yesterday, July 13th that will go into effect tomorrow, July 15th requiring masks or face coverings to be worn in public spaces.

Governor's Broadband Access Task Force
Today, Governor Tony Evers signed Executive Order #80 creating the Governor’s Task Force on Broadband Access.
The task force will advise the governor and Wisconsin State Legislature on broadband actions and policy, including strategies for successfully expanding high speed internet access to every residence, business, and institution in the state; initiatives for digital inclusion; and pathways to unlocking and optimizing the benefits of statewide, affordable access to broadband for all communities in Wisconsin.
This is especially important for working from home and virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Drive Thru Job Fairs
The Wisconsin Workforce Development Association (WWDA) and partners across the state are hosting the first-ever statewide Drive Thru Job Fair tomorrow, July 15th from 12-4 p.m. Additional information regarding locations, how employers can submit information about open positions, and instructions for job seekers can be found HERE.
