New Glarus partners with Menasha Packaging to unveil Spotted Cow beer in cans
NEENAH (WLUK) -- New Glarus Brewing Company and Menasha Packaging are working together to give Spotted Cow beer a new look.
The brewing company announced the release of Spotted Cow in cans.
The 24-pack features beer, cans, and packaging made entirely in Wisconsin.
Menasha Packaging in Neenah produced the case box, while Fort Atkinson made the cans.
New Glarus' founder Deb Carey says she's proud to support and work with fellow businesses.
"It's more than $9 million of purchasing just for those raw materials alone. In addition to that, there's also hopps and barley and payroll and so we're very proud to be part of the economic engine of Wisconsin as all manufacturers are," Carey said.
In 2018, "Rate Beer" ranked New Glarus as the 8th best brewery in the world.
