Unless exempt by law, all sales are subject to 5% state sales tax and, where applicable, 0.5% county sales tax and 0.1% stadium tax. Prepayment is required for all orders. Order Administrative Code
The Wisconsin Administrative Code is published and distributed as directed by Section 35.93 and Chapter 227 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The complete code consists of loose-leaf binders containing all "Administrative Rules" of state agencies. A separate set containing rules of the Safety & Buildings Division in the Department of Commerce and selected rules of the Department of Workforce Development is also available.
As rules are created or revised, newly printed pages are prepared. New or amended rules are automatically mailed near the end of each month to subscribers of the supplemental service.
Subscriptions to Supplements for Code Books are available for a twelve-month period which may start in any month. Renewal notices are sent one month prior to the expiration date of the subscription. No second notices are sent.
Individual Code Books may be purchased as a single-sale item. Books are always current at time of sale.
The Administrative Register -- Notice Section and Emergency Rules (#R) provides information as to creation, amendment, or repeal of Administrative Rules. Included also are "Notice of Hearings" scheduled as well as "Emergency Rules" in effect. The Administrative Register is issued twice monthly.
The Register is automatically provided to subscribers of the complete Code (#A) Supplements. The Register is also provided to subscribers of Individual code Supplements that are affected by the Register's contents that month. Subscriptions for the Register only are also available.

WisLaw® contains the continuously-updated Wisconsin Statutes and Annotations with Index, Table of Cross-References, and Table of Sections Affected by Acts, the Wisconsin Administrative Code and Administrative Register with Index, Executive Orders, and Emergency Rules, the Wisconsin Acts with Index, the Supreme Court Rules and Internal Operating Procedures, recent Opinions of the Attorney General with Index, the Wisconsin Constitution with annotations and Index, and the U.S. Constitution.
All of the above WisLaw® Infobases are substantially integrated with hypertext links. WisLaw® utilizes the Windows 95 version of Folio Views 4.3 search and retrieval software. Windows 95 or a later version of Windows is required.
WisLaw® is distributed by Document Sales and Distribution Section. CD's will be delivered only upon receipt of a WisLaw® End-user signed license and subscription form and full payment (Download the WisLaw® Order Form & End-User License Agreement (Acrobat PDF). An annual subscription plus a license for no more than one simultaneous user costs $99. Licenses for no more than 4 simultaneous users or for no more than 10 simultaneous users cost $149 or $199, respectively. Shipping is included. There is a $2.50 credit card processing fee. Unless exempt by law, all sales are subject to 5% state sales tax and, where applicable, 0.5% county sales tax and 0.1% Wisconsin stadium sales tax.
