- Will create 20,000 new seats in the school choice program
- Funding parity for all students no matter where they go to school

Invested in effective workforce development programs at Wisconsin's Technical Colleges
- $3 million more into Career and Technical Education Incentive Grants
- Increased general aid to the Wisconsin Technical College System by $9.4 million
