Madison – “Judge Kinney’s resignation from the partisan ethics commission dramatically confirms the commission’s fatal design flaw. When Republicans killed the non-partisan Government Accountability Board they replaced it with the partisan Wisconsin Ethics Commission.  The ethics commission is a Zombie….it looks alive but it is dead to its mission of enforcing Wisconsin ethics law.”
