My first year in office was an eventful one down in Madison. I am proud to serve as the Chair of the Senate Committee on Veterans and Military Affairs and Constitution and Federalism, working on important legislation such as the relocation of the Coal Piles, GI grants, and passing the budget.

In addition to my committee assignments in Madison, I have been keeping myself busy in district as well. This past year, I have toured and met with various businesses and business leaders around the district. I have held listening sessions, walked in parades, and much more.
