2026 Survey

Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey and share your thoughts with me on some of the important issues facing our state.
1. Is the State of Wisconsin heading in the right direction or the wrong direction?
2. Is President Trump leading the nation in the right direction or wrong direction?
3. Reproductive freedom remains under attack by the Republican majority in Wisconsin and in Washington DC. Should women have the freedom to make their own reproductive health care decisions?
4. Do you support needed state funding for public schools?
5. The state currently reimburses 90% of private voucher school special education costs, while public schools receive approximately 35% reimbursement. Do you support increasing public school reimbursement to correct this imbalance?
7. Wisconsin’s Republican legislative majority chose to not extend the successful and popular Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program designed to create and maintain Wisconsin’s outdoor spaces. Do you support continuing this initiative?
8. Families across Wisconsin are struggling to find stable and affordable child care. Providers are closing due to increased costs and staffing shortages. Should Wisconsin provide funding to help providers stay open with quality staff and provide a high level of care for children?
9. I remain focused on affordability and lowering costs for all Wisconsinites. Has President Trump lowered costs for you?
