Wirch Condemns Russian Aggression in Ukraine

Kenosha-Senator Bob Wirch (D-Somers) released the following statement condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine:

“The unprovoked aggression by Vladimir Putin and Russia against their Ukrainian neighbors is abhorrent and unacceptable. Like approximately a million other Americans, I have Ukrainian ancestors. The Ukrainian people have faced a long, hard fight to establish democracy, and the Russian invasion is a shot not just at Ukraine, but at democracy around the world.”
