Wirch Statement on President Biden’s Decision to Exit 2024 Presidential Race

Madison – Sen. Bob Wirch (D-Pleasant Prairie) issued the following statement on President Biden’s decision to step away from 2024 Presidential race:

“From humble beginnings to the White House, setbacks, tragic loss, and triumphs, Joe Biden is the American story.  Labor has known no better friend; working people have had a fierce advocate and ally in Joe.  I am thankful for his service.  President Biden has always put our Country first, and he is doing that again today with his decision.” Wirch said.
