WI Grand Champion Steer from Union Grove
Another reason to be proud of the 21st Senate District! Union Grove's very own Tori Crisp, who is only 13 years old, raised and exhibited the Grand Champion Steer last week at the Wisconsin State Fair. The impressive 1,317-pound crossbreed steer, named Brett, was auctioned for $52,500 on August 10th at the 48th Annual Governor's Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction. The Grand Champion was bought by Kenosha Beef International/Birchwood Foods which is also located right here in our district. Fine Job, Tori! That takes a lot of hard work, and you should be very proud.
