Act 52 - Allowed for people to sell, possess, use, or transport pepper spray gel.
Act 107 - Permanently revoked drivers licenses from offenders after 3 OWI offenses.
2017 Acts
Act 4 - Legalized of CBD for medical use.
Act 172 - Strengthened penalties for operating a vehicle with a revoked license.
Act 173 - Update to "Alicia's Law".
Act 185 - Required Lincoln Hills and Copper Lake Schools to close by July 1, 2020, and for new juvenile facilities to be built.
Act 346 - Extended DOC vendor contractors for GPS monitoring equipment from 3 to 7 years.
2015 Acts
Act 78 - Strengthened penalties for intentionally causing or threatening bodily harm to a judge, prosecutor, or a law enforcement officer, or family member of theirs.
Act 156 - Required DHS to consult with local law enforcement, when placing a sexually violent person. Also prohibits a sexually violent person from being place within 1,500 feet of a school, child care facility, youth center, place of worship, or public park.
Act 340 - Created a penalty for throwing or expelling bodily fluids at a prosecutor.
Act 352 - Incorporated the 2002 Uniform Interstate Enforcement of Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act into state law.
Act 369 - "Alicia's Law", created an internet crimes against children surcharge, and strengthens attorney general subpoena power.
