In addition to a nearly $2 billion Rainy Day Fund, the budget is expected to have a surplus of more than $1.5 billion. What would your recommendation be to policy makers on how to address the budget surplus?

Return the balance to the taxpayers with additional tax cuts

The state has received billions in additional funding from the federal government to fight COVID, currently the Governor has sole discretion of how to spend the money. Do you believe the Legislature and the Governor should have to work together to direct the money or the Governor should be able to allocate the money on his own?

Many students have had to face the tough decision to change schools recently due to COVID. Current WIAA rules say Juniors and Seniors need to sit out a year if they transfer without moving. Do you think these students should be penalized?
