Dairy Farmer Resources Several dairy
farms in our district are being threatened by a trade dispute taking
place outside our state – I want you to know Senator Fitzgerald and I
have been in contact about this and are monitoring the situation for any
developments. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protections (DATCP) is offering a number of resources for those

An estimated out of three women will experience domestic violence, an
estimated 15 percent of women and 6 percent of men will be victims of
stalking at some point in their lives. But now victims of domestic
abuse, sexual violence and stalking can now enroll in a program that
provides a legal substitute address and free mail forwarding service.
This service is designed to make every day activities that most of take
for granted easier by allowing victims to pay bills, get letters from
loved ones and received work information while keeping their living
address confidential. Enrollees must first set up a safety plan with a
trained victim service provider,

Save a Life Last week the Wisconsin State Assembly recognized Jodi Schmidt as a “Hometown Hero.” Jodi is a teacher from Oakfield who donated one of her kidneys to an 8 year old student, Natasha Fuller.
