Committee Chair
 

This week Assembly Speaker Robin Vos released committee assignments. I am fortunate to have been re-appointed to serve as Committee Chair for the on Housing. I will also remain Vice-Chair for the Committee on Mental Health. I am eager for both of these committees to begin their work in the new session. Grand Opening
 

Earlier in the week I attended the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the new Kwik Trip in Watertown. This makes their third store in Watertown and I am excited to see this family run company expanding in our area.

Winter Weather
 

This weekend the weathermen are predicting snow, so here are some tips for things to have in your car if you have to pull over: 
- Windshield scraper and snow brush
- Extra windshield washer fluid
- Food and water
- Extra outdoor clothing and footwear
- First-aid kit
- Flashlight
- Sand/cat litter or other traction aid
- Shovel
- Tow strap
- Jumper cables
- Flares
- Cellphone and plug in car charger
