​ Madison – Today State Senator Tim Carpenter (D-Milwaukee) issued the following statement in response to being named a Conservation Champion for the 2013-2014 legislative session by Wisconsin’s League of Conservation Voters. 

“I am honored to once again be named a Conservation Champion by the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters. I will continue to fight to preserve our environment for our families and future generations, and to responsibly oversee our natural resources for the good of Wisconsin.”
